This is adjacent to the open dining and kitchen area that you step up to. A mud room/laundry/pantry is located off the kitchen. Areas immediately adjacent to the home are .landscaped both for natural beauty and fire protection. The balance of the rolling hills of oak and madrone are left natural, providing exclusive privacy.
